What is painting party (or Paint-and-Sip event)?
A painting party (or Paint-and-Sip event) is a fun, relaxing, and creative experience. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or spicing up a night out with friends, we invite you to “sip” back and relax as you explore your creativity. Step-by-step instructions guide you in painting a work of art from start to finish, so you can make a memory (and a masterpiece!) to take home with you. Wine and beer available for purchase in the studio, or BYOB. Perfect for gifts, celebrations, decoration… or just for fun!
How do I reserve a private paint-and-sip party?
Reserve your date & time on the calendar with a Private Party deposit, which counts toward one ticket. Then, begin considering 1-3 paintings from this gallery that your group would like to create (you can take your time deciding on that).
Can I select a Different Painting than the one offered?
Our public painting classes are now more flexible than ever before. If the scheduled class date works for you, you can choose to paint the offered painting, pick from our gallery or bring your own picture. We want you to have the best experience possible and leave with a painting that you love. Join us for a fun and flexible painting class!(Opting for this choice presents a slightly more challenging experience. Although you’ll receive a reference, the appropriate color palette, and guidance, you’ll engage in a more independent creative process compared to selecting the theme painting. Please ensure you choose a painting at least 12 hours prior to the event, you can select now or email your selection later to firstname.lastname@example.org .)
How much is a Paint-and-Sip ticket? What is included in the price?
One regular ticket for a Paint-and-Sip event is $45. This includes step-by-step painting instruction, all painting materials (brushes, palette, paints, apron, easel, and a take-home canvas). For kids (under 12 y/o) and large groups (over 16 guests) we offer discounts; more information can be found below.
How long is a Paint-and-Sip event?
Our Paint-and-Sip events take about 2.5 hours to create a painting from start to finish.
*For off-site events, we require ~45 minutes before the event to setup, and ~30 minutes afterward to clean up.
What is Open Studio?
Paint and Sip on your own terms!
2-hour studio reservation includes use of all painting materials (paint, brushes, easel, apron, pencils), and a take-home canvas. Enjoy your first glass of wine, beer, tea, or N/A beverage on us. Walk-ins welcome!

How do we choose what to paint?
Here is the gallery where you can select 1-3 image you would like to paint for your party. If you would like to paint your pet, simply click “Paint Your Pet” on this page underneath where it says “Painting of Choice.”

How many people can you accommodate for a private Paint-and-Sip party?
Any number! Our 5th St location can accommodate as many as 14 people, and our Lorane Hwy location can accommodate up to 30. For larger groups (30+), we are happy to collaborate with an off-site venue to create a big, fabulous event and offer a large-group discount. More information below.

Are there large group discounts?
- For 6-15 guests it is $45 per ticket, including all painting materials, instruction, and take-home canvas.
- For 16-30 guests it is $35 per ticket, including all painting materials, instruction, and take-home canvas
- Kids ages 5-12 get a -$10 discount per ticket (since they usually are not as detail-oriented and don’t spend as long on their paintings as adults)
- We are also happy to bring the painting party to you (off-site) for an additional +$10 per ticket for transportation, setup, and cleanup; we can bring tables and stools, if necessary.

Can you bring the party to us?
Absolutely! We are happy to host your next private party at your preferred location. Minimum 8-guest charge, and $10 fee per ticket for transportation, setup, and cleanup.
Can you do virtual Paint-and-Sip parties (over Zoom)?
Yes! We offer both virtual private Paint-and-Sip parties (all guests online), and hybrid private Paint-and-Sip parties (some guests online).
- Please select “Yes” on this page underneath where it says “Hybrid/Virtual Option” and indicate how many guests are attending virtually.
- We will create a supply list or package, and share a Zoom link for all your attendees.
- “Sip” back, and enjoy!
Is it BYOB?
We sell wine and beer in the studio, and you are welcome to bring your own wine or beer. No hard alcohol or liquors, please. You can also bring food and snacks.
What is your refund policy?
Notify us to cancel before 48 hours of your scheduled event for a refund. Notice within 48 hours qualifies only for AwA credit, not a refund.
Do you have Wifi?
We are part of the Eugene fiber WiFi network, which is the fastest internet connection in town so come in and sip some wine or enjoy a beer while you work on you computer at blazing speeds. We have open studio from 12-4 Tues-Sat.
